Sam's Club

Great place to shop with plenty of good deals! My family especially loves the pizza and drink combo they offer here—it’s always a favorite when we visit. The store is kept clean and fresh, and they do a great job of keeping the shelves stocked and rotating their inventory. Overall, it’s a great place to shop, and we always enjoy coming here!

After being encouraged to upgrade my Sam's Club membership, I paid $120 per year instead of the standard $50 specifically so I could take advantage of home delivery. I placed an order for delivery on Tuesday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. When my order had still not arrived by 8:30 PM, I called customer service and was assured that it was still coming. Because my order included perishable food, I stayed up late on a work night waiting for it to arrive. It never did. The following morning, I called again before work and was told my order would be delivered "when they could," and that I should be prepared to leave work to receive it. Once again, no delivery occurred. After work, I called a third time and was told the delivery would take place Wednesday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Once again, no one showed up. By Thursday, I had no choice but to take time off work and drive to the store to purchase the items myself. At the store, I was first told that Sam's Club was not responsible because deliveries are handled by a third party. However, I paid Sam's Club the additional $70 for the upgraded membership—not a third-party delivery company. I was then told my order had expired and was ski

I have had a Sam’s Club membership for 6 years and I have always had an amazing experience with the vendors here. They help me shop and lift heavy items for my mother and grandmother, are courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. When I can’t find a Sam’s associate to help us the vendors there go the extra mile to fill the void. Sad to say I just watched such a nice young man be disrespected in front of myself and many other customers and have his personal space invaded, while being yelled at to “shut up and do your job” with threats of kicking the poor boy out of the store. I’m posting this publicly so that someone above the manager can address the matter and give that man a stern talking to about business etiquette and overall decency. These snack, phone, and even electric vendors are appreciated by us long time customers and they should be respected by everyone they share workspace with. That was uncalled for completely! And on a holiday nonetheless? How distasteful, shame on him! Young man I don’t know your name but if you can see this, it has always been a pleasure when you and your coworkers frequent my local Sam’s and I hope you have a long career doing what you do, Thank You! I would love it more if there weren't constantly people harassing you about changing your phone plan, your internet provider, your electricity bill, etc. I pay for Sam's club to go to Sam's club and shop. You think in that membership price I would also be paying for a shopping experience where I don't have to get asked by three different people about changing some sort of service or how much I pay for a service. Not sure why this is a thing but it would be a whole lot nicer without it.

I tried a membership here since I moved to the area, and I don't have anything against THIS store specifically, because I have to assume these problems persist across ALL CostCos, but this place just sucks. The quality of food is just awful. I know they're owned by Walmart, so it must be the crap even Walmart won't sell. I've had Kraft Macaroni that just tasted... off (apparently a common complaint with the bulk macaroni from CostCo). Every "variety pack" of chips or snacks or whatever, uses the absolute lowest quality that particular brand can produce. Example: got a variety pack that included Pringles - I have never had such tasteless Pringles in my life. Their store brand breaded chicken tenders are 90% breading and 5% chicken (who knows what the other 5% is, probably rubber or cardboard). The bags of frozen peeled shrimp? You might want to check those. Eating a bunch of shrimp shells accidentally is what put me over the edge and caused me to write this review. The place is ALWAYS crowded, every day of the damn week, holiday or not, work day or not, from opening to close. The gas pumps (that do not require a human attendant) are mysteriously only active during their very s
